He is a founder of the firm and serving the profession since 1990. He is a fellow member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is an eminent professional and an authority
in the field of Direct Taxation. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling
corporate affairs in different areas.
He established the firm in 1990 in Varanasi since then his vision and leadership quality helped the
firm grow year by year and expand nationally.
CA RASHMI KESARWANI

She is a senior partner of firm and has been associated with it since 2002. She has stable working
track record & excellent oral and written communication skills.
She is highly knowledgeable in broad spectrum of accountancy & accounting practices. She has wide
experience in the field of Auditing, & Certification work ,Taxation, Company Law matters,
Secretarial matters, Management consultancy services etc. She spends majority of her time with the
clients, solving their complex issues both on technical and managerial fronts.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Apart from the routine tax
compliance services, he is also looking after the litigation and representation before the tax
authorities. He has successfully balanced his broad tax expertise with personal service.
CA ASHWANI K.GUPTA
B.COM(HONS.), ACA
He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an expert of
Indirect & Direct Taxation, Statutory Audit & Annual compliances. He also has a wide experience of
Bank Audit (including FOREX Branch).
His forte is audit and assurance of Public Sector Undertakings and looking after the litigation
and representation before the tax authorities.
